One week, one question answered

It’s over a week and only one question has been answered.

Will the research from Singleton Council’s ‘Our Place a blueprint for 2022’ be used for the Strategic Land Use Plans?

Singleton Mayor, Sue Moore says the community consultation at Putty is for Singleton Council’s Local Environment Plan and the Strategic Land Use Plan proposed by the NSW government is quite different.

I pointed out that the NSW Government Fact sheet on the Strategic Regional Land Use Plans at http://www.planning.nsw.gov.au/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=VHaWmz7dey8%3d&tabid=495&language=en-US states that one of the first plans to be delivered will be the Upper Hunter and that it will involve local councils and extensive community consultation.
